i apprently have the above virus and I am following the steps posted in a previous post. i am not sure what the below item means and how to go about doing it. please explain in easy terminolgy

If you have anything disabled by MSConfig or any other startup manager, please re-enable them before running any scans, or posting a Hijack This log.
