Hi fellas...

I dont have PC smarts!... so please help. I get this error box when restarting my system.

The instruction at "0x7c809783" referenced memory at "0x00fd2284". The memory could not be "written".

Can someone help me?

Spontaneous reboots are generally hardware and heat related. Open the case
and see if any of the fans are not working. Also remove the ram sticks and
reseat them.
