[COLOR=green][SIZE=7] HI,I have a lap top WIndows XP
I am not sure what is going on. I am not computer literate so I can only hope what you tell me is something I can understand/
THE PROBLEM :I am on the internet then all of a sudden I get - Just a moment please, then I see a bar telling me something is loading and the next thing I see this icon of a woman and a new toolbar.
I click on the icon to see what it is and it is some [bleep] site and I have to click Uninstall to get rid of it , But it happens continually.
The whole computer is a mess, no icons, the only way I get into my internet carrier is to click on the TASK MANAGER. I get a SCAGENT.EXE message.
Also, my phone bill gets long distance calls on it ( I have a dialup connection), so someone has hooked into my phone.
I don't know if anyone can help me.
SHould I just get a new hard drive?
