Bear with me while I try to explain something that's hard to explain. When I hover my mouse over a button or something it doesn't always activate or let me push it, but only when I move the mouse to the side of it or something then it activates the area. It's really difficult to navigate on my computer a lot of the time because of this. It doesn't matter what programme I'm using or even no programme. How do I fix this?

Hello, and welcome to Geeks To Go.
This is interesting.
Have you tried a different monitor?
How about a different mouse?
This could be a problem with a driver.
Click on the start button.
Select control panel.
Open system.
Select hardware.
Select device manager.
Do you see any yellow exclamation points, or yellow question marks?
Try a different monitor first, I believe that is where your problem is.
Thank you.
