I have looked at a computer that sometimes won't start properly. I used AdAware and found a LOP malware, removed it, but it keeps coming back. There are no viruses according to Avast. I ran CWShredder, nothing found. The AdAware log and the HijackThis log are both attached.

What do I need to do ? Thanks for helping
