Guess they are both good as coasters 
If it came down to it I'd go for the Celeron. The AMD was around 15-40% slower than the Celeron in Sandra Dhrystone, Whetstone, and MultiMedia Integer benchmarking.
Does that now mean that your AMD box is now going in the skip... ?

Could you explain the context? Are you deciding between using one of these CPUs in a computer of yours? Each requires a different type of motherboard, so it may be a decision based upon which one will actually work for you.
