Cd Drive Problem

Am my problem is that i cant seem to get both of my 2 cd drive to work, it seems only 1 can work when i check the "enable recording in this drive etc." on the other drive the other 1 unchecks the "enable recording in this drive etc." can someone please help me, thanks in advance. :)

Hello Toombs...

This is by design. XP will only allow for one optical drive at a time to be designated as a recorder.

In theory using separate software such as Nero should allow you to burn to both drives at the same time if that is what you want, but in reality neither of them will probably burn.

Am actualy when i bought my pc it was possible for two drive to work but when i changed my motherboard thats when the problem started..,
