I am not sure what steps to take first. I have unauthorized [bleep] downloads starting new Internet connection and then a toolbar.
No matter how many times I delete it it comes back - I can't get to the CONTROL panel, no icons. I have to use Windows task manager to get in my internet account.
Phone calls are being made - I have WIndows XP dial up connection.
Laptop Dell
I see all this stuff - Hijack this. MALWARE removal , spyware adware removal what do I do first. I do not even know how to get into the registry since I can't find anything -
Can someone help me.
