After I print something out, a box shoes up on my screen with the following from WINWORD: This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If problem persists, contact the program vendor. I always have to shut down improperly, then boot up again, because this error message won't leave my screen. This never used to happen before. I'm not really computer literate and I'm not even sure if I'm in the right section, but could somebody please guide me if I'm not. I'd appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks.
