Well; I found

17" WSXGA+ LCD with Matte Finish Surface (1680X1050)
45nm Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T8300 / 3MB L2 Cache, 2.40GHz, 800MHz FSB
Nvidia GeForce 8700M GT Graphics with 512MB DDR3 Video Memory
Genuine MS Windows® XP Professional
2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz - 2 X 1024MB
250GB 5400rpm SATA 150 Hard Drive
8X DVD±R/RW/4X +DL Super-Multi Drive & Software

For 1909$

Am I getting a good deal?

It gives me the option to get the Nvidia GeForce 8800M GTX for 465$ more...is it worth it?

And if anyone can give me a suggestion for other good gaming laptops; please let me know
Thanks in advanced

I wouldn't call it a good deal. It's basically the going price right now, maybe a bit less.

Don't do it. Yes the 8800GTX is the best mobile GPU currently on the market, it's not worth an additional $465.
Great laptop setup you have there! If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks! I'm gonna buy it soon; but I don't want to be hasty and then regret something the next day.

I wouldn't say the official launch of the 9 series is till augest. What is being released right now is using the G92 core, which is just a revised G80 core (it was used in the earlier 8800 series).
In terms of mobile, I wouldn't expect that 9 series to hit till next winter as they are usually released about 3-6 months after their desktop counterparts.
