Vundo Virus!

PPPPLLLLLLEAAAAASSSSSEEEEEEEEEE Somone help me! McAfee detected a vundo virus on my computer last night. I've tried everythting i could find; vundofix.exe, symantec vundo removal, and much more. I don't know what else to do, im not that great with computers!! Randomly i get a process labeled windows.exe that runs and takes up 100% of the memory, when i try to kill it, it just restarts itself!. PLEASE tell me what to do. Here is a log i just ran off of HijackThis.

the filename that mcafee identified as the virus was labeled ljjjjki.dll
