Unknown bug....Systems is slowing to a crawl

I stupidly opened an msn link from a friend, Now my system is getting slower, especially anything Msn related, and my add remove programs wont generate a list. When I am watching a movie, the audio will play at the normal speed while the video slows and speeds up.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated..
