I am looking for a way to convert my audio files to 32k MP3 format. The only program I can find is iTunes, but when I try to sync to my MP3, I get one of two problems.

1 - Using the native sync program (Creative Mediasource Organizer) it sends the files over all fine and dandy, but when I play them on my MP3 they run at half speed
2 - Using WMP, it tells me that the files are in the wrong format and it has to convert each of them individually, but it runs at normal speed.

Are there any free programs that will just convert to 32k without giving me a hassle?

Is it able to do them is mass quantities or one at a time? If I had to do every single one individually, that would eliminate the "no hassle" part
