Help Please Internet Won't work

Thanks In Advance for your help.

My laptop won't connect to the internet. When I open Internet explorer I get an error saying winnt\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm. Nothing that connects to the internet will work including Adaware,partypoker,spybot, nothing connects. But my wireless manager shows a full connection. Please help
