problem with print sharing

ive installed 2 printers on a client pc... all clients in the domain can use the old printer without any problems...but the not everyone can use the new printer...on some client computers, the printer doesnt even appear when adding a new printer...both of the ports used are via usb..and everyone has the proper permissions to use each printer..can some one help me out please?
