no progs running, but I keep hearing advertisement audios!

Well....this is my very first topic I'm posting...its cuz i'm desperate now!

Yesterday, I was surfing the web. Then I got bored and decided to play some video games. I closed out all the explorer windows and started to play warcraft. Then all of a sudden, I hear a comercial for movies! It was old comercials for Underworld, and I think Lord of the Rings. This happened during my gameplay. Then I alt+tabbed out to see what popped up, and to my surprise...nothing. I went to my task manager to see what applications are running...just warcraft.
These comercials were just audio. no video, nor popups. Just audio, and it was LOUD! I couldn't find out where it was running so that I may turn it off, but couldn't find it. Its happened twice since the first incident. Has this ever happened to anyone else?!
