I receive the "C:\Progra~1\mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\MWSBAR.DLL" whenever I start up. I have gone to "add/remove programs" and tried to remove My Web Search (Smiley Central) but the same error message pops up and will not remove it. I have gone into my program files and manually deleted all files related to this Web search and I still receive the error upon start up. I have even gone into my Manage Add On Tools and disabled all web search assistants. Any suggestions now? I just want the pop up to go away.
