Did all of the steps-Still have a hijacker on my Vaio [RESOLVED]

I ran through the steps that included;

ATF Cleaner
AVG Anti-Spyware
SuperAntispyware
Panda Activescan
Windows Updates
Hijack This

I have logs for the Super, Panda, Hijack This, and the uninstall list. I have also done all of the Windows Updates except Service Pack 2. I really appreciate this forum and hope someone can help. Thanks a ton-Matt

I forgot to say what problems that I have been having. I've been getting uncontrollable popups, plus videos and other nonsense imbedding itself in my desktop.

After about a week of [bleep], I ran SpySweeper with AntiVirus for about the 12th time and it found and quarantined a Trojan Virus that I had not seen before. I then removed all of the other software and my computer runs fine now.
