What is dsagnt.exe and shellconhidden window?

I have a Dell Dimension computer that is less than 2 months old. The last three days, when I shut down I have seen a little "end task" box open up for something called "shellconhiddenwindow". Last night there was ANOTHER box for something called "dsagnt.exe". The computer is running like molasses - it takes forever for programs to open, and FORGET about playing games online.

dsa agent is a dell support software program

shellcon.....is a hidden window running in the background...most programs have hidden windows and you would be stunned if you ever watched a program at work. Anyway, could be good, could be bad.
