I recently re-installed XP and have this annoying warning,RUNDLL-Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\xlistsuk.dll -I would like to know what this dynamic link library is, do I need it & how to fix or remove RUNDLL error. google had no info. Thanks to everyone doing a great job.

It sounds like an infection to me, perhaps you should try and post a HijackThis log and let a malware expert help you with your problem. Please take a look at this and follow the instructions there carefully.
