Is it software, on NVIDIA i saw you can download things, do i currently have 1? how do i find out, or is it something that needs to be installed??
I must sound pretty computer stupid right now, but I am in a learning process, thanks in advance!!

Use Everest, it's included in my signature at the bottom of this reply. Just click on the link :)

Once installed, you can see alot of the info on your PC.
