Further text: The application or DLL D:\oldharddrive\Program Files\America Online 9.0a\AppData.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against you installation diskette.

How do I get rid of this drop down screen as it appears every time I try to delete it or click on "OK".

Hello Howard279,

Welcome to Geeks to Go. :)

If you are using Internet Explorer, go to tools > popup blocker > and turn it on. While you are there you can customize your pop up blocker settings.

Post back if you need more help.

kind regards,
