My daughter clicked on an unknow IM and now I have this asking to be loaded on my computer every time I boot up. Is this file already on my computer? I can't get on the internet anymore and I need to know how to remove it. Also, AVG picked up a change to my C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/host file ... does this have anything to do with this trojan. How can I restore my system to it's previous state. System restore did not work. Thanks

Hi headport

welcome to geekstogo :)

sorry to keep you waiting. lets do a deeper scan of your machine for me to analyse.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

you may need to post the logs over 2 replies to ensure all the information is posted.
