Hardware trouble i think

i started out last nite loading slow so i restarted then i couldnt boot back up i kept getting a NTDETECT failure so i backed up my drive and whiped it clean. now the NTDETECT failure is gone but i have another problem i cannot pass the windows splash screen and have only gotten into safe mode 1 time since then, i have changed out video cards ram mobo and cpu power supply and hard drives lol and i still cannot get things to work? plz feel free to ask any questions not sure if i left anything out
