Have run multiple spyware, virus and malware programs and am still having issues on my computer. Have loaded Trend Micro Internet Security, but can not get it to finish a scan. According to them, I still have malware on my system and need to have my HijackThis log analyized. I have been trying to get them to do this for me for 5 days now and have given up hope on them helping me. Hopefully, someone out here can help me.
