Ok i`ve tried like 8 times to get my Best buy music store/Rhapsody(Its like I-Tunes for Insignia) to work But when i open it and it checks for updates it will get to 99% then sits there for a moment and comes up with this

DRM installation Issues

The Digital Rights Manager Components are not downloading. This may be caused by other programs running on your computer (e.g. Firewall, parental-control, anti-virus, etc.)

Please add Rhapsody to the trusted application and click retry.

I tried that and it still comes up with the same thing..

i also tried the detailed info and updated my WMP(Or DRM..IDK) from their link to Microsoft
Still the same thing

The only thing i can guess is its the linksys router since it locks out some sites(IDK what it is, but its a site that people on Ebay use for payment...Not paypal) and its also a secured network..

I`m not messing with it cuz i`d probably screw something up :)

Edit: ok its not the router...i just bypassed it and still same thing

Go into your firewall's rules and remove any and all rules for Rhapsody.

The next time you open Rhapsody, you should get a prompt by the firewall saying that Rhapsody is trying to access the internet... Allow it... and it should install the components.
