Help ASAP with Ultimate Baseball Online (UBO)

Ok I was playing UBO and it ran fine. I kept getting booted from games cause of lag. So I went to recovery, and it said that I was losing all 10 packets it send me from my UDP. So I was wondering, what can I do to get those packets sent successfully and to reduce lag? Please tell me how to here. Dont send me to another forum topic or another website, please tell me here.
