Hello knowledgable ones,
I have a virus that Kaspersky has dicovered. Kaspersky can't neutralize it because the location of it is in an access denied folder. I can see the folder in windows and at the dos prompt but cant delete it (or don't know how to). They are called...

detected: Trojan program Trojan-Clicker.Win32.Small.qo File: c:\documents and settings\curtis and anita\local settings\temp\is-9pbom.tmp\sssetup.exe//file14

detected: Trojan program Trojan-Clicker.Win32.Small.qo File: c:\documents and settings\curtis and anita\local settings\temp\is-pvrfa.tmp\sssetup.exe

detected: Trojan program Trojan-Clicker.Win32.Small.qo File: c:\documents and settings\curtis and anita\local settings\temp\is-q2bi3.tmp\sssetup.exe

The file that I can't delete is called (curtis and anita).
I don't know what other info to put here. If you need more info let me know?
Curtis
Thanks

Read through this area: Cleanup Your System.

This takes care of the many of the problems without further action by the Malware Gurus on this site.

If this doesn't do it, post a HijackThis log here: Malware Removal Forum.

Make sure you read the You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log article before posting.

Please be patient, this is a very active anti-malware site and the malware removal experts are extremely busy. It can take 1 to 3 days for them to get to you.

That program that you suggested didn't work. And the other area I tried was a no go . Even from Safe Mode.

What program, what area? Please be more specific. What did you try, what did not work.

If the area I asked you to to read through did not help, then move on to step two and post in the malware forum (2nd link I provided) after reading link #3.

I'd like to help but I need better information. Thanks.
