Computer totally messed up malware or something worse [RESOLVED]

So when i type "Combofix /u" in the run box it has deleted all the backups and stuff from the list?

And dont i need any programs installed except the anti virus?

Correct.:)

Malware can find it's way around any malware protection program.

Just keep everything up to date and run periodic scans from time to time and you know where to come if you need anymore assistance :)
