hello and welcome to geeks to go!

first go to my control panel

(if in classic view) hen go to regional and language settings (if in category view hit the date, time and regional settings then to regional and language settings)

Then under the tab Regional options find the customize button

Then go to the time tab and set the time format to h:mm:ss tt

Hit OK

that should restore your clock to standard time
