please help me!please write how to create a web page that can add banners or pics to it and deletes every thing in a time limit. :)

Hey,

I would recommend http://w3schools.com/ here provides the basics for learning HTML/CSS use Dreamweaver to lay it out, im currently learnin CSS myself ^^

If you are looking for a cheap, free web host with WYSIWYG editing I suggest Weebly.
