I have a few viruses on my computer but I don't know which ones are viruses in my HJT log. The virus has false anti-virus programs and there is a red shield with an white X that changes back in forth to a blue shield with a white ? in the corner

I ran HighJackThis and this is the log:

Hello SlapShot3680

Welcome to G2Go. :)
=============
PLease uninstall one of your antivirus programs as you need only one.
==============================================
Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) to your Desktop.

Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

**If the tool fails to launch from the Desktop, please move SmitfraudFix.exe directly to the root of the system drive (usually C:), and launch from there.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Remember you only have to uninstall one of them.
=================================
Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
  • Choose your usual account.
Once in Safe Mode, double-click on SmitfraudFix.exe
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.

You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.

The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".

The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process; if it doesn't, please restart it into Normal Windows.
A text file will appear onscreen, with results from the cleaning process; please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
The report can also be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Warning : running option #2 will remove your Desktop background.
===========================================================
Also please post a new Hijackthis log as well.

You have to choose save report.
Then it will give you an option as to where to save the report to.
Then as you are saving it will say File name.
Then right below it will say Save as type click on the little arrow and choose .txt.
Then post those results please.

Nothing to worry about those files are deleted already and in the system restore cahe which we will clean in a bit.

Please delete this folder and Icon off of your desktop>SmitfraudFix
=================================================
After that Go Here and download CCleaner.
Double click on it to install it.
Click on your language then Next then I agree then next again.
When you come to the Installation options window (the next window after clicking next)
Uncheck all but Create a Desktop Shortcut.
Then Click on Install.

After it is installed double click on the icon on your desktop to run it.
Choose Run Cleaner then yes at the prompt to permanently delete files.
It may take a while so let it finish.

After that Click on the icon to the left called Registry
Then click on scan for issues.
Then click on Fix selected issues.
And then yes to making a backup.
It will save it in your MY Documents Folder.
Then Click on Fix all selected issues and yes that you really want to do it.
After that is done then exit out of CCleaner.

You may uninstall it after it is done.
==============================
Then I will need you to reset your System Restore points, please note that you will need to log into your computer with an account which has full administrator access.
You will know if the account has administrator access because you will be able to see the System Restore tab. If the tab is missing, you are logged in under a limited account.

(Windows XP)
1. Turn off System Restore.
Click on *Start
Right-click *My Computer
Click *Properties
Click the *System Restore tab
Check *Turn off System Restore
Click *Apply, and then click *OK.

2. Reboot.

3. Turn ON System Restore.
Click on *Start
Right-click *My Computer
Click *Properties
*UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*
Check *Turn on System Restore
Click *Apply, and then click *OK.
