[DELTA_31]

Hey guys,

I was wondering if any of you had any good free .gif Animators that ran on Vista.
Just looking for animators.

Welcome to the Forum 'Delta 31' (nice nick -- sounds like a special forces unit - lol!

This one doesn't say which versions of Windows it's for but it's a very recent page so worth a try http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/

Vista has a 'compatibility mode' for applications (like XP has) so u could try utilising that option if the above app won't run properly on Vista -- just set the shortcut's compatibility mode to XPSP2.

There's an online gif animator tool here which may be worth a look (nothing to install so platform compatibility is irrelevant):

There's an old Microsoft free one here, written for Windows 95 but as you'll see, it's been used successfully on XPSP2 so should work on Vista if the shortcut is set to XPSP2 compatibility: http://www.jhepple.c...if_animator.htm Mind you, the problem with a lot of software which wasn't written for Vista is actually getting it to install in the first place, this may be one of those instances.
