i have a zyxel wireless router connected to virgin.net and i keep losing my adsl signal to router. when i connect virgin adsl modem and disconect wireless router it is ok ,any idea why i lose adsl on wireless router , i am in uk

You cannot have two ADSL devices on the same line.

Therefore either use the ADSL Router or use the USB Modem. You can't use both.

i am not running 2 routers at once i removed the dial out router wich never lost adsl signal but the wireless router loses it very often

So replace the router then, or send it back.
