I have a Vista Ultimate Desktop and a Vista Business laptop. I haven't had any of the problems that other's have had.

Vista has had compatibility issues, also it is designed for amateur computer users and, you need to have at least 1 gigabyte of ram (preferably 2) to run it. :)

i shouldnt have any probs running vista

im planning on getting vista home premium 64-bit, and 3 more gigs of ram to make 4gb of ram.

and i have a amd 64 1.8mhz dual core cpu. so the should do good to

and i have check and everything i have should be compatible

I have a Vista home premium upgrade, and a Vista home premium full version.
I have not had any problems at all.
The "compatability issues" are no worse than with any new OS.
I like Vista better than XP, I have never tried Linux.
If you give yourself time to learn Vista you will be pleased.

Thanks you. i should be getting the home premium upgrade sometime next week, once i get my tax return in.


I do here more good things than bad thing with vista.

And i know XP went through the same thing, people just dont like change

I have a MSDN subscription so all my Microsoft products are free. :) Actually Vista 64 bit is really compatible.
