Cannot access internet

Hello,
I don't know what's wrong with my computer, but recently I have been unable to access internet. Whenever I tried to go to any website in IE or Firefox, I get waiting message at the bottom left conner and nothing happens. I have been able to access the internet via using safe mode. Also, I am able to ping websites in CMD in both normal mode and safe mode.
Please help me.

I am currently running Vista 32 bit Ultimate and my wireless card is Intel 3945 ABG.
