Double Trojan Trouble --mssserif 120 and win32.ftp...

I really don't know what I'm doing... how to post or how to rid my machine of two trojans. I fumbled through and found some of the self-help removal guies and made it through preparation and Step One. I'm having trouble with Step Two: Viruses/Trojans. When I click on the Panda link and click on "Scan your PC" nothing happens. I don't get the next window or any type of ActiveX file/download prompt.... No movement at the website for me what-so-ever.

HELP -- need help getting through this step and ensuring these trojans are off my system..... I'm the opposite of a computer geek and need everything in very simple term..... (I'm secretly praying I can figure out how to post this Hijackthis log.... Thanks. :)
