I am currently using XP SP2 updated with the latest updates.

Recently I just had a problem in which my "My Documents" and "Desktop" were pointing to my C:\ drive.

I can see C:\ drive files on my desktop and when I right-click and click the properties of the files, the location states "C:\", (they are not shortcuts but actual files).

My Desktop seems to mirror the C:\ drive. Whatever I throw in My Desktop seems to appear in my C:\ drive and alas the other way. Managed to fix the "My Documents" by restoring target folder to default, but now I need help for the Desktop. Will appreciate any help. Thanks ^^"

EDIT: Fixed it too, Mods please close this.
Found registry entries to change it while browsing through registry
