Hi there. I have gone to my spyware company who is WebRoot. I have gone to microsoft whom seemed to be more helpful but I still have the same issue. I have spent hours trying to find a solution. I have searched your archives and see you have many whom have had the same problem. I did try to go thru the steps you took someone else thru and helped. But somehow I it just didn't work out. I don't know if I am making this worse or not. I think I am just worn out from working on this issue. I am now very confused about spyware protection as well. Who is the best? Its been a long couple of weeks. Please help with Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger computer message. Computer shuts down and locks up. I also seem to have limited use. I can't seem back up. I would like to back up pictures etc. I get a message that this function cannot be performed because the computer is in safe mode and I have gotten instructions on how to get it out of safe mode but when I get there it says its in normal mode. I am confused. Help.
