hi,
I was browsing the forum and saw ur problem here.
I think you should have downloaded the Wild tangent program unknowingly.I suppose iit gets into your computer when u play games online.
this is the solution for your issue.I got it somewhere on the web.see if it works and lemme know.
the main problem is,your computer is looking for a DLL from a program that it can't find. You probably deleted a program, but not all the parts of the program were deleted.

In order to uninstall, please follow these steps:

Go to START > Settings > Control Panel
Double click Add/Remove Programs, Select WildTangent , Click uninstall or add/remove, follow the on screen instructions.

*please take a back up of the registry before you make changes in it.

Open the registry editor (Click Start > Run, type regedit). Locate the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
In the right pane, find and delete the following entries ( if they exists):

WildTangent CDA

RUNDLL32.exe
"C:\progra~1\wildta~1\apps\cda\cdaeng~1.dll",cdaEngineMain
