Hi,
Abit makes very good boards and there warrenty is excelent
I ain't nuts about the celeron cpu but I ain't nuts about intel either anyway you may want to look into a different core P4 cpu. If you stay with the celeron the price on this combo sounds reasonable
look for a different psu, a name brand 400w or better, Amps on the +12v should be in the 20's the one you selected has 16 amps on the +12v may not be enough
Its a buget video card and won't play the latest 3d intensive games but if your not going to play those games its good.
hope this helps Rick

Buy an ASUS (best mobo's) but i recommend buying an AMD proccesor
they're cheaper and faster (64-bit socket 754or 939)

That mainboard has onboard graphics.
Look for a mainboard with an Intel 865 chipset in that category, and choose one without onboard graphics if you intend on buying an addon Graphics card.
You won't get decent graphics until you buy at least a radeon 9800pro or NV5900 series. That's rock bottom, and you should be looking at NV6600GT's as a base model for today's graphics requirements.
Ideally, You would like an I865 chipset mainboard in socket 478 with PCIe standard graphics slot - if there is such an animal. But an AGP card is acceptable.
You are limited to socket 478 by your current CPU. If you can update your CPU as well, then your options open up immensely.
