hi. i was moving around some of my pic files trying to organize everything and at the same time save as much as i can on a usb flashdrive. while dong so i clicked on a couple of pics cuz ever since i added on adobe photoshop a lot of the thumbnail files are smhow zoomed out and therefor unintelligible. now ever since previously said change its not uncommon for sm thumbnail pics to look like it's not compatible with the pre installed windows picture and fax viewer but after a click pic shows. but im pretty sure i clicked on a wonky one(or maybe two) cuz i can remember sm opening up photoshop and it trying to connect online and at least one file going to that Windows cannot open this file..What do you want to do? box n sure enough not long after my comp kept freezing up on me while i was trying to do a little more organizing. being kinda slow i didnt think too much of this (even tho my cursor was completely unmovable) n just restarted my comp. and continued on to surf the net, but when i went on the start panel and put the cursor on MY PICTURES and its subcategories my comp froze. i had the stupid start panel and all the sub-panels open and tho i could affect the things behind it like being able to save the word doc i was working on and being able to scroll down a web page, that was about it. finally i the did whole ctrl+alt+delete thing to see if anything was not runnig and closing that down wich then i get a box saying that windows explorer wasn't working (even tho wasn't using it) and to send an error report (did it the previous time too) this happened few times and nothing happened weather i sent one or not so i just decided to restart the [bleep] thing and up pops a dr watson postmortem debugger box. being suspicious cuz this is not the first virus i've come across i google it and found the HijackThis program. now i cant say im that comp literate either so thats why my post is like the way it is..sorry...
