trouble buying songs on itunes

I downloaded the new 2008 nortons, now I am unable to by songs on itunes. I am able to open the itunes store but unable to purchase. the error 9808 keeps appearing. I hvae downloaded new version of itunes, i have turned off phishing in nortons, I have enabled nortons. I am not sure what to do next. has any one had this problem? :confused:

Have you tried uninstalling Norton? As in if it worked before why not go to another AV program and see if Norton is the culprit.
