RecEnv.exe - Application Error

The intruction at 0x00ed4888 referenced memory at 0x00ed4888
The required data was not placed into memory because of a I/O status
of 0xc0000001

Click ok to terminate program.

I cannot get into windows Vista ?

Still cannot get past the above error message..

Therefore tried loading a windows vista boot disc.

Im now getting a blue screen

wimFsf.sys

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

blah blah blah
