Guys hope you can give me a hand aol wont start on our computer. We get an aol erroe message 23-uvri. I have done a virus scan with avg and it shows shell32.dll changed and hosts changed. I also used spybot and let it run. It showed to malwares it removed. I have made a hijackthis file and will have it posted in the section for hijackthis logs. Internet explorer works fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
