I just downloaded hijack this and used it for the first time. It suggested I go to a forum like this for help. One thing my computer is doing is that it semi-freezes. I'll be able to use an open file but won't be able to close it or open new files, won't be able to shut down computer either. I end up rebooting my system manually. This happens almost every time I use my computer. This is actually the second time I am trying to send this. The first time I went to upload my hijack this data and it froze. Hopefully it goes through this time. I would like to thank you in advance for any help you can give. Also I use windows xp. I have avg and a c-cleaner. Used both and still didn't help fix my problem. I just tried to upload my report and it said I'm not allowed to upload this type of data. Tried it twice. What do I do o get you my hijack report?
