Hi adeere50, welcome to G2G.
That ability doesn't exist in W2K, XP or Vista like it did in W95/W98/WME.
What you can do is create a DOS bootable diskette or CD and boot it when needed.
Perhaps there are other solutions. Why do you need to do this?

we do programming on phone systems and some of the older software has to be ran through dos.
