When i try to delete ewido-setup.exe from my recycle bin the error message cannot delete file: cannot read from the source file or disk happens. Can anyone help me understand why and how to get rid of it safely.

Instead of deleting try to restore the file and report what happens.

I would recommend using File Shredder.
