Hello,

I have recently had a hard drive crash, and have used GETDATABACK to recover the files. Unfortunately most of the files like jpegs etc, are corrupted and will not open.

Does this mean that they cannot be repaired and lost forever, or will they be saved if the hard drive is sent to a lab?

Hard drive recovery can essentially never be fully guaranteed, and even if data is recovered it is likely that not all of it will be as successful. I would simply recommend - in a situation like such - to simply attempt to use all options available to you.
