I had typed up a detailed explanation of my problem but got redirected for trying to post a log from an outdated version of hijackthis and I'm too tired to type it all up again. Basically, internet slowed down about 2 months ago and a friend examined my computer and showed me how something running in the background is eating up my memory. I have already checked for viruses, disabled startup programs, all that good stuff. Here is my log:

Sorry but I really don't know how to interpret this log. Please someone, tell me what I should remove or fix to get my computer's memory back.
